We live within increasingly interconnected systems in which technological, ecological and cultural processes are difficult to separate. My artistic research asks how creation emerges within such systems.
I create conditions in which materials, bodies, technologies, environments and forms of knowledge can enter into relation. Through experimentation, cultivation and observation, I follow what these encounters produce. What emerges is treated not simply as a finished result, but as a trace—something to observe, interpret and use to generate the next question.

CULTIVATION
Cultivation is the central methodology of my research.
Rather than producing predetermined outcomes, I design conditions through which new forms, knowledge and relationships can emerge. Human intention remains present, but works alongside material behaviour, environmental processes and time.
OUT OF CONTROL WITHIN CONTROL
I establish conditions and boundaries while allowing time, environment and material behaviour to participate in the process.
Unexpected outcomes are not treated as failures, but as traces of relationships I could not fully anticipate—and therefore as material for further inquiry.
The aim is neither total control nor surrender, but to create a situation in which emergence can become observable.

SCIENTIFIC ENCOUNTERS
How do we know what is real when we cannot perceive it directly?
My current engagement with scientific environments does not represent a change of subject, but a change of scale.
I enter laboratories, research institutions and technological environments not to illustrate science, but to learn how phenomena are observed, measured, modelled and interpreted—and to explore what artistic practice might reveal where evidence becomes perception.
